ECOVET RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is [paid by the customer]. Items must be unused and in original condition.
If you are looking to return or exchange your online order from eco-vet.com, for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
To begin an exchange or refund, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to info@eco-vet.com.
- On the subject line, please note your order number.
- Briefly let us know the reason for the exchange or return.
If an item arrived damaged, please submit a picture with your email.
