Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping after receiving your order confirmation email.  When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.   Please note that potential delays can happen due to high volume of orders, weather conditions, shipping carrier problems, etc. that are outside of our control.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@eco-vet.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  Please see our Return Policy for additional information.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rate for orders under $60.00 is $9.95.

Orders totally $60.00 or more will receive free shipping.
